Access C&G Merchandising Settlements

Set specific details to include on Settlements by Location.

Select the Settlement Documents Format to print using the drop down list to choose

• Do Not Print
• Detail
• Summary

Choose Include Pricing Summary on Settlements to include a Pricing Summary section to C&G Purchase or Sales settlements that groups the tickets applied to the same contracts and or cash spot with the same price together. When selected, a Pricing Summary section will appear on bottom of the Settlement Document grouping tickets applied to the same contract and cash spot with same prices together.

Click Include All Grain Readings on Settlements to include all grade readings available on the tickets regardless of whether or not they result in a discount. When selected, all Grade Factors with readings will now be included in the Ticket Detail section on the Settlement document.
